Strangest thing just happened after I published the comment received by ShewolfRocks which was left on my Blog on Thursday, February 25, 2010 at 5:49:00 AM -- a Triple X Pop-Up appeared on my computer and it appeared to involve child pornography:

What I have noticed about you and your words SheWolfRocks, is that they never make a bit of sense or have an ounce of truth to them. Please remember that it was I who reminded you about the FACT (according to you now) that you still have a TEENAGE child living with you, so therefore I would strongly urge you to get off the net and be a mother to that one you had forgotten about and neglected for 15 years!

I am going to chime in here since She Wolf posted about this dispute on my blog.
ReplyDeleteI am not going to take sides on this matter. I do know that as a mother SheWolf has strong feelings about the exploitation of children, most strongly when it comes to Porn.
I do not know the circumstances of how the material got on Kari's computer. All of you must have received forced pop up ads and other links and so on that seem to sneaked past your firewalls at one time or another.
There is always some geek out there that is writing something to defeat the security of a pc and allow this material throuhg.
For that reason I would ask that Kari and SheWolf call a truce until the matter is resolved.
I am STRONGLY urging that Kari take the PC to an expert to find out what the material is and how it got there.
I am seeing a trend of everyone on both sides of some issues out there going in a direction that I am getting increasingly concerned with.
I think it is time for all parties to consider more constructive ways to air our differences.
Just my humble opinion.
